Coaching space for women in the beautiful studios and park at Ironmills.

Imagine a whole 60 minutes where you have space to think!

What would you bring into focus?

Changing job? Making more time for yourself? Working out how to have a tricky conversation?

You bring the goal (small, medium or big are all good!) and I will hold a supportive space that allows you to unfurl new thinking.

We will explore things like:

· bringing a goal to life

· building the habits that will help you reach a goal

· being kind to ourselves when we feel self-doubt

· reconnecting with what is important to you

· being courageous and joyful

· exploring what is possible

Here's a little insight from a September participant... "Just 60 minutes with Laura helped to break down a big knot of unhelpful feelings and to restore calmness and energy. I would highly recommend reaching out."
