About the Class:

Spring is often thought of as a time awakening — when life emerges after a period of darkness and rest. Join us to connect with spring’s creative energy to nurture our own creative rhythms. We will explore themes such as unfurling, spirals, and emergence through watercolors and writing. Inspired by nature, these invitations draw from the expressive arts, which focuses on the process rather than the end product. This class is for anyone hoping to connect with seasonal rhythms as a source for their creativity and self-care. No previous art or writing experience is necessary, and all supplies will be provided. Just bring your sense of wonder and curiosity.

About the Artist: Stacey Hayes

Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) specializing in creative arts and nature-based therapy. As the creator of Soulful Seasons, she offers resources to inspire others to nurture themselves and nature with creativity and compassion. She is also a writer and educator who has offered workshops through the North Carolina Botanical Garden and the Art Therapy Institute.
