Unfurling the World’s Largest Ukrainian Flag – Brisbane
Event description
💙💛 Be part of history in Brisbane as we unfurl the world’s largest Ukrainian flag, measuring an extraordinary 60 metres by 40 metres.
This unique and symbolic event will celebrate Ukrainian culture and demonstrate solidarity with all those displaced by the war in Ukraine.
What makes this event special?
This isn’t just a spectator event – it’s a participatory experience. Every person who registers will be asked to help hold a section of the giant flag and play a role in the historic unfurling process. We will need at least 100 people to bring this moment to life.

📍 Where: The Platform, Mt Gravatt Showgrounds, 1644 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt
