UNION: Meditation • Embodiment • Sound

A journey into the masculine & feminine within

What if union begins within?

Before we seek deeper connection with another, we can explore the relationship between the feminine and masculine energies within ourselves.

UNION: Divine Union is a 90-minute immersive experience combining guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, heart expansion, inner exploration, live sound and conscious reflection.

Kat George will guide you through a deeply relaxing journey into the Emerald Chamber of the Heart, where you'll be invited to explore two complementary energies within:

The Holy Feminine

The receptive, intuitive and creative principle.

A space of being held, receiving, listening inward and reconnecting with the wisdom of the feminine.

The Holy Masculine

The conscious, present and directional principle.

A space of presence, truth, protection, devotion and right action — not dominance or control, but conscious energy in service to love.

From there, these two energies are invited to meet within the heart.

You will be guided into a symbolic inner union, followed by personal vows and reflective journaling exploring what you want to honour, protect and embody within yourself and in your relationships.

Throughout the experience, Adrian will weave live Tibetan sound and music through Kat's guided meditation, creating an immersive soundscape to support relaxation and deeper states of awareness.

The final 30 minutes will become a dedicated Tibetan sound bath, allowing you to surrender, integrate and simply receive.

What does my feminine need from me?

What does my masculine need from me?

What will I protect?

What will I honour?

What will I no longer abandon?

What truth am I ready to live?

And ultimately:

What does conscious union mean to me?

This experience is an invitation to reconnect with the wholeness that already exists within you — and to explore how that inner relationship can influence the way you meet love, connection and life beyond yourself.

You are not incomplete without another.
From wholeness, you are free to meet another in conscious union.
