Assalamu Alaikum everyone!

We are so happy to finally announce the date for our Grand Ramadan Iftar Night!

At UNIS, we know that a lot of us spend the academic year away from home. We also know the importance of community, and we especially appreciate this during Ramadan. We want to share the valuable community we have here at UNIS, so come and break your fast with your fellow uni brothers and sisters at our annual Ramadan Iftar Night.

PLEASE OBSERVE A MODEST DRESS CODE.

Thursday 20th March, 2025.

Arrival by 6:30pm latest.

Brennan Room, Shortland Building, Callaghan Campus, University of Newcastle

Free for students

Ages 0-5: Free

Ages 6-10: $5

Ages 10+: $10

And of course, don't forget your prayer mat for Maghrib prayer Insha'Allah.
