  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Unisson Disability is offering COVID-19 vaccinations to disability workers, NDIS participants and DSOA participants (Pfizer only).

About this vaccination clinic

    • A consent form must be prefilled and brought with you to the clinic  
    • Ensure accurate Medicare details with IRN (number next to your name) are included 
    • Ensure you bring your Medicare Card and Photo ID on the day 
    • If you have any medical concerns or questions, please seek advice from your GP prior to consenting 
    • Please wear appropriate clothing for access to upper arm 
    • Please allow 15-minutes recovery time post vaccination 
    • Please bring something to do in case of an extended delay 
    • Please book your second dose 21 days (or more) after your first and please do so at the same time as booking your first dose.
