Inclusive practice is not about adding more to existing workloads. It’s about designing environments, routines and experiences that work for everyone from the start.

This session explores Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a practical framework for embedding inclusion into everyday early learning practice. Rather than relying on individual adjustments alone, UDL supports educators to proactively reduce barriers and increase access, participation and belonging for all children.

Through reflection and real‑world examples, participants will deepen their understanding of inclusive design and leave with practical tools to support consistent, intentional practice across teams.
