A perennial favourite on the University House calendar, The Great Wine Dinner is an unforgettable celebration of exceptional food and wine. Executive Chef Stevie has crafted a menu to complement some of the finest bottles from our cellar, including Krug Champagne, mature vintages of Henschke Hill of Grace, Rockford Basket Press Shiraz, and a special bracket of three aged Henschke Mount Edelstone Shiraz vintages. A rare opportunity to enjoy iconic Australian wines at their peak alongside outstanding cuisine.
