It's that time of year already!! Why not send 2020 out with a bang? 

Join the University House team for a night of Christmas fun! 

Hosted in the Main Dining Room at Professors Walk, this one will be a night to remember.

Chef Stevie has put together a fantastic menu for the occasion:

Entrée

Gin and citrus cured salmon, dill crème fraiche, compressed cucumber, salmon pearls (GFF)

Alternating with

Venison terrine, pickled cherries, petit salad, brioche

Main

Roast Turkey, ham, baked vegetables, broccolini, cranberry relish (GFF)

Alternating with

Seared barramundi, asparagus, pea and preserved lemon risotto (GFF)

Dessert

Traditional Plum pudding, brandy custard

Alternating with

Bailey’s Irish cream panna cotta, salted caramel, ginger crumbs (GFF)

Freshly brewed coffee, tea, and fruit mince tart

Price includes the above menu, a selection of wine and other beverages, and entertainment.
