In this experience we are focusing on safety, and feeling at home in the body, unraveling what may be blocked. (Root Chakra)

This 2 hour workshop for the woman who feels anxiety, not loving of her body, stifled in her expression, stuck, disembodied, not fully expressed, dimmed, or not feeling the flow of her emotions. This workshop is open to women of all ages.

This is for you to experience a deeply safe container for the exploration of your expression.

My gift as a facilitator of this work is being able to hold undeniable safe space for your vulnerable and true expression, while also holding a lightness, inspiring play, and humour.

About the facilitator, Nina Reed
Nina's background merges theatre, acting, film/TV, dance and performance, with yoga, embodiment, with ritual and ceremony. She has discovered the power of these paths merging for liberating the embodied, expressive woman. She runs Silent Connections, an embodied heart-centred connection business, and teaches actors how to engage and free their emotional depths in their work.
