A two week series dedicated to moving and celebrating your bod!

We'll be learning, workshopping and drilling hip and booty moves so that we're connected and moving confidently. It's not often we get a chance to focus on our basics, especially in a safe space! We'll be dedicating our time to hip circles, figure 8's, jiggling/shaking and ticking (and maybe more). Coming from the knowledge of Female Dancehall, I'll be talking about some legendary Dancehall Queens, their moves and incredible influence too. Soundtracked to my fav Dancehall, Soca and Afro pop we'll piece it altogether and finish with a juicy stretch.

You do not prior dance experience to attend.
