Our 3 day series was a hoot and way more potent then planned. So we're going to celebrate with a 4th week! 

We'll spend an hour and a half in the studio this time, so we have the space to go over everything we've worked on in the series. We'll be going over our circles, figure 8's, jiggling and ticking..and how we can adapt them to our own movement. We'll then spend the last few minutes in a juicy stretch. 

If you're new to the workshop then this is a great opportunity for you to jump in and if you've been to all 3 then this will perfectly tie everything altogether. (either way, there's no pressure!)

The goal of these workshops is to empower and give everyone that joins the skills to feel confident moving their hips in space. These skills can come with quite a bit of vulnerability and pre-existing judgement (on ourselves), so hopefully by trying it out in a safe space we can work through all of these little blocks. We can break down the moves and get to know them so that next time we're in a class or dance floor environment we know what to do. The drills are super fun and to the greatest playlist ever. 

Beginners are extremely welcome.
