This experience is a carefully crafted practice, a space to step outside of routine and step into remembrance. A return to rhythm, breath, presence, and power.
In this 90-minute immersive practice we journey through the sacred sciences of Kundalini Yoga, Kriya, Breathwork, Mantra, and Mudra. Together we will explore ancient practices designed to unlock the higher faculties of your mind, body, and energy system.
To help us reconnect to the soul, regulate our nervous system, and align with the deeper currents of life.
This is not your average breathwork practice.
This is a rite of passage, a return to something ancient, something potent, something deeply remembered in your bones.
Our ancestors understood that real transformation doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through intention, practice, and sacred space. These rites of passage were essential to living with clarity, power, and purpose and they are still available to us today, if we know where to look.

In this 90-minute practice, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative and activating blend of:
Breathwork to cleanse the mind and clear stagnant energy Kriya practices to activate the subtle body and awaken your energy
Mantra + Mudra to harmonize the nervous system and reconnect with your heart
Yogic movement to ground into the body and open energetic pathways
Sacred space for inner stillness, clarity, and personal insight
You’ll leave feeling more spacious, aligned, and deeply connected not only to yourself, but to the ancient wisdom that lives within you.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
Eat lightly 2hrs beforehand
Avoid caffeine or stimulants before the session
