Automate Email Responses: Introduction on how to set up Chat GPT for email automation, so you can answer customer enquiries instantly and never miss a lead.
Boost Customer Service: Overview of how ChatGPT can serve as a 24/7 customer service representative, handling common queries and freeing up human staff for more complex issues.
Content Creation for Social Media: Tips on how to use Chat GPT to draft engaging posts and responses, making your social media platforms more dynamic and interactive.
Monitoring & Tweaking: Discover how to measure the effectiveness of Chat GPT in your operations and how to fine-tune the AI for better performance.

By the end of this workshop participants will understand how to integrate Chat GPT into various aspects of their business and be equipped with tools to improve customer interaction, speed up response times and boost online engagement with the assistance of AI.

Zoe Campbell is a Digital Advisor helping organisations understand their digital needs and building customised digital action plans to maximise their use of digital tools to support their business.

Zoe has a background as a digital literacy specialist in education, leading transformative projects integrating AI, immersive technologies and developing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Having run two small businesses in the past, she has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by small business owners. Zoe leverages her wealth of knowledge and experience to empower small businesses, bridging the gap between digital tools and business success.
