Agenda Overview

5:00-5:30 p.m: Connection time —Kick off the evening with facilitated meet-and-greet activities, rooted in authentic relating practices to build immediate, meaningful connections.
5:30-6:00 p.m: Practical Meditation —Transition into a session of practical meditation, deepening our sense of presence and readiness for authentic interaction.
6:00-7:00 p.m: Authentic Relating —Participate in experiential workshops focused on building deep connections through presence, authenticity, and shared vulnerability.
7:00-8:00 p.m: Circling — Explore circling, a transformative group relational practice that fosters understanding and deep connection.

Upon program conclusion, we invite you to experience Ceremonia's Sacred Space, which includes a heated indoor pool, steam sauna and cold plunges, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and many more features designed to foster personal growth, connection and reflection.
