Unlock Your Career Potential
Event description
So many talented migrant women apply for roles with the right qualifications, skills, and intentions — yet still face barriers to being seen, heard, or fully valued.
Why does it feel like your talent is being overlooked?
What if the answer isn't doing more, but discovering how to show up as your most authentic self?
This session explores what might be missing — and how understanding yourself, your values, and how you present your story can shift the way others see you. It’s not always about doing more. Sometimes, it’s about showing up differently.
We’ll talk about what gets in the way of being seen, what holds us back from owning our expertise, and how small shifts can help you connect more genuinely with opportunities.
