Pilbara For Purpose is pleased to support the delivery of Unlock Your Leadership Potential training by INNOVARE, to the community service sector. Staff working for not-for-profits or Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations in the EAST PILBARA are invited to register their attendance in South Hedland on 17-18 November.
About the training:
This hands-on, interactive two-day training is designed to equip you with the skills to lead with confidence and drive success. This is essential training for new and emerging leaders and managers. Participants will come away with:
enhanced leadership skills to improve team motivation and performance
effective communication strategies for better team dynamics
problem-solving and decision-making techniques
skills to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within teams
Strengthened conflict resolution and negotiation skills

$50 per person
$40 for P4P members

To ensure a fair distribution, organisations may register a maximum of 3 attendees only. Your organisation will be contacted if more places open up.
Tickets are non-refundable. Exceptions may occur at the discretion of the organisers if there are attendees on the waitlist.

The Innovare team more specifically, Nicholas Haney, is an experienced community welfare practitioner and service manager having led services in United States and Australia. For over 30 years, Nicholas has worked with children, youth and families providing counselling, mediation and early intervention family support. His passion is for promoting self-determination and inclusion through communication, reflection and humour in and outside of client practice.
