Format
Arrive at 10am for tea/coffee. YCK Laneways will give a short welcome and introduction, followed by Sarah's presentation. We'll then break for lunch (included) and an hour of networking, then finish the day with an interactive workshop to address the specific needs of businesses in attendance.
About Sarah O'Mara
Sarah O’Mara is an Access Consultant, Occupational Therapist, and Founder of Flare Access, Sarah partners with businesses to grow revenue and increase market share by creating an inclusive and accessible customer journey.
Having partnered with various LGAs and Tourism Associations nationally, as well as businesses in the Visitor Economy, Sarah supports organisations to establish themselves as leaders who make a profit whilst doing good.
Understanding the intricacies of crafting an accessible customer experience, Sarah knows that every point of interaction with your customers matters. Her deep personal connection to disability, through family and her work with clients in the disability community, fuels her passion for increased inclusion for all.
