Event description
This 2 hrs workshop will be an immersive experience combining ancient somatic wisdom of yoga and shamanic practices. Our journey will begin by diving into the fascinating world of hip mobility. Our hips are much more than just joints. They are the physical and energetic bridge between our upper and lower body, and their mobility influences our physical posture, movement and even our emotional and mental well-being.
In shamanic traditions, the hips are seen as a gateway to the spirit world. We will finish our session with a shamanic drum journey taking us into the underworld, facilitating a connection with our animal spirit guides which will enhance the whole experience of the workshop.
The session will be a combination of yoga asana, lecture and a shamanic drum journey.
