UnMute Yourself – Interactive Session

We’re excited to introduce a new interactive session for the WIC community: UnMute Yourself.

Led by Mariana Marcano Franco (Elevative), this 60-minute virtual session is designed to support women in ICT to build confidence, strengthen their voice and communicate with clarity in professional environments.

Unlike traditional webinars, this will be a highly interactive session focused on real conversation, not passive listening.

Session title: Speak up with confidence: communicate with clarity, influence and impact

You don’t need more expertise; you need to be heard.

In fast-paced ICT environments, many women know their work but still hesitate to speak up, influence decisions, or communicate with confidence under pressure. This interactive session is designed to change that.

You’ll learn practical strategies to communicate with clarity, contribute more confidently in meetings, influence stakeholders, and navigate challenging conversations without second-guessing yourself.

Expect a highly engaging session with reflection, discussion, and tools you can apply immediately, so you walk away ready to speak up with confidence and make your voice count.
