🎉 You're in!

Thank you for booking your place at Unpack in the Arena.

I'm honoured you'll be joining me for an evening of slowing down, unpacking what you've been carrying, and stepping back into your power.

Your next step

Before attending, please complete your confidential Breathwork Health Questionnaire & Waiver.

👉 Complete your waiver here:
https://form.jotform.com/250448494872872

This helps ensure breathwork is safe and appropriate for you, so please complete it as soon as possible.

What to bring

Essential

Yoga mat (I have a few spares if needed.)
Water bottle

Optional (for extra comfort)

Journal & pen
Blanket
Eye mask (I also have beautiful eye mask kits available for $20, including a padded white silk eye mask, matching scrunchie, and a drawstring bag.)

What to wear

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move and relax in.

As we'll be finishing in the evening, I also recommend bringing a warm jumper and socks, as it's common to feel cool after breathwork.
