We are leading a group hike and movement workshop to celebrate the long-awaited arrival of Spring. Join us for a day of exploration and connection through playful movement! Together, we’ll wander around a beautiful wood, notice shifts in nature and ourselves, feel inspired and replenished. This is a lovely opportunity to collectively tune into our senses, connect to our bodies and our natural surroundings. You can expect a relaxed and wholesome day in good company :)

This is open to all, no previous movement or dance experience is required, simply bring along your openness & curiosity!

We will take the train or liftshare from Glasgow, if you are coming from outside of Glasgow let us know. The route will take us through the Hermitage woods in Birnam, just outside Dunkeld. The walk will be fairly flat, and on paths, with a small climb within the woodlands that overlook the glen. An optional swim / dook at the end of the day can be discussed as well as coffee / pub after the workshop.

We will provide snacks but please bring your own lunch, plenty of water and swimming stuff if you wish to partake in a collective dip at the end of the day! And don’t forget to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes and shoes.
