Thank you and welcome.
This is your needed pause — a moment to step away from routine, screens, and stress!

Unplug & Recharge is a 1-day retreat experience crafted for those who want to slow down and reconnect through:

Nature immersion – Time in stillness, a visit to the cow sanctuary, and simple moments outdoors to ground and reflect.
Mind-body reset – Morning yoga, breathwork, and a restorative sound bath to calm the nervous system and release built-up tension.
Wisdom made accessible – A short, interactive workshop exploring key insights from ancient spiritual texts—no background needed.
Community connection – Open conversations, shared meals, and a gentle space to feel seen, heard, and supported.

By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling:
Grounded • Refreshed • Mentally clear • Emotionally balanced • Reconnected—with yourself, others, and nature.
