Unplug & Recharge is a 1-day retreat experience crafted for those who want to slow down and reconnect through:
Nature immersion – Time in stillness, a visit to the cow sanctuary, and simple moments outdoors to ground and reflect.
Mind-body reset – Morning yoga, breathwork, and a restorative sound bath to calm the nervous system and release built-up tension.
Wisdom made accessible – A short, interactive workshop exploring key insights from ancient spiritual texts—no background needed.
Community connection – Open conversations, shared meals, and a gentle space to feel seen, heard, and supported.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling:

Saturday
8:00 AM – Morning Yoga
A gentle practice to awaken the body and invite presence.
9:00 AM – Breakfast
10:00 AM – Visit to the Goshala (Cow Sanctuary)
1:00 PM – Lunch
2:00 PM – Gita 3 Workshop
Exploring the spiritual teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and how they relate to everyday life.
4:00 PM – Kirtan
Chanting and mantra meditation to open the heart and steady the mind.
5:30 PM – Breathwork + Restorative Soundbath
Deep relaxation to release tension and nourish the nervous system.
7:00 PM – Closing Circle
Integration, gratitude, and gentle closure to the day.
