Unravel is a full-day, immersive workshop in Adelaide designed to help you soften, release tension, and reconnect with the ancient wisdom of your body.

Through the power of ceremony, movement, intuitive bodywork, and somatic storytelling, you’ll experience deep rest and discover tools for self-healing that you can carry into your daily life.

For couples:
This experience is perfect for couples who want to deepen their intimacy through practices of presence, connection, and trust. You will learn how to slow down and create a shared sacred space where you can help each other heal, soften, and grow together.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are great, as the day will include both movement and rest.

Do I need prior experience?
No experience is necessary. This workshop is open to everyone, whether you’re new to somatic practices or already on your healing journey.

What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:

A water bottle
A journal and pen
Blankets, cushions, and anything else you need to be comfortable
An open heart and a curious mind

Will there be food provided?
Yes! We’ll share wholesome, nourishing meals and snacks throughout the day. Please let us know any dietary requirements when you book.

Where is the venue?
The workshop will be held in Adelaide — the exact location will be shared closer to the date for privacy and intimacy of the space.

Is there parking at the venue?

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. This retreat is perfect for singles and couples.

About Your Host
Nathan Charles Meola is a bodyworker, somatic storyteller, and master of ceremonies dedicated to helping people slow down, release trauma from the body and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Nathan draws on a blend of modalities including bodywork, somatic movement, breathwork, and storytelling, to creates transformative experiences that nourish both body and soul.

He hosts, events, workshops, retreats, and works with individuals both in person and online.
