WHAT IS “UNSPOKEN”?

UNSPOKEN is a grassroots social movement and early-intervention mental health initiative where the deep and meaningful collide with everyday fun and celebration.

The premise is simple - sharing our stories honestly with one another (and seeing others role model this) decreases our shame and disconnection and increases our understanding and compassion (for ourselves and for one another). 

At UNSPOKEN we create celebratory experiences and safe spaces in the community where we can be our true self, be inspired by others and be a stand for the type of open-hearted change we wish to see in the world.

WHO IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR?

The Australian tour of UNSPOKEN Events are for forward-thinking community leaders, wellbeing professionals and business owners who value personal growth and helping others thrive.
