This September, the Roebuck Bay Hotel will play host to something it’s never seen before, the biggest weekend in the Roey’s 130 year history.

From Friday 19 to Sunday 21 September 2025, UNTAMED UNCUT will bring Broome three huge nights of live music, with some of Australia’s best acts taking over one of the most iconic venues in the Kimberley.

FRIDAY 19 SEPTEMBER – AFTER WORK KICKBACK

UNTAMED MUSIC FESTIVAL TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS Welcome to UNTAMED. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the UNTAMED Music Festival (the "Festival") organised by UNTAMED Music Festival ABN 73 165 032 717 (“UNTAMED”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a ticket, entering the festival grounds, or participating in any associated activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER 1.1 Risk Acknowledgement Attendance at UNTAMED involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: 1. Physical injury, illness (including infectious disease), heat stress, or property damage. 2. Exposure to natural terrain, wildlife, extreme weather conditions, loud noise, and large crowds. 3. Actions or omissions by other attendees, performers, volunteers, vendors, and third-party contractors. 1.2 Assumption of Risk You enter at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any personal or property related outcomes. By attending, you accept these risks voluntarily. 1.3 Liability Release To the extent permitted by law, you release UNTAMED, its directors, partners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from your attendance except where caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. 2. TICKETING POLICY 2.1 Ticket Validity & Use 1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers are permitted except as required under the Australian Consumer Law. Humanitix does have a resale facility. 2. Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers or used for promotions without consent will be void. 3. Festival wristbands must be worn securely on your wrist at all times during attendance. Wristbands are non replaceable if lost, damaged, or tampered with. 2.2 Re-Entry Re entry is at UNTAMED’s discretion and may be denied without compensation. No shows will not be refunded. 3. ENTRY CONDITIONS & SECURITY 3.1 Conditions of Entry Admission is subject to: 1. Presenting a valid ticket and wristband. 2. Compliance with bag checks and searches upon entry or at any time during the event. 3. Following instructions from security and festival staff. 3.2 Prohibited Items Strictly banned from the site: 1. Weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, glass, flares, drones, or items deemed hazardous. 2. Professional audio or video recording equipment (including drones) without prior written approval. 3. Unauthorized promotional materials, signage, or commercial items. Confiscated items will not be returned or reimbursed. Breaches may be referred to local authorities. 4. AGE RESTRICTIONS 1. Strictly 18+ event 5. EVENT VARIATIONS, CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE 5.1 Program Changes UNTAMED reserves the right to alter the program lineup, venue, facilities, dates, or schedule without prior notice. No refunds are applicable for line up or schedule changes. 5.2 Force Majeure We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellation due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, government orders, public health emergencies, etc.). Refunds will be offered only where legally required. 5.3 Emergency Response In the event of an emergency or evacuation, attendees must follow instructions from festival staff and emergency personnel. No compensation will be provided due to disruptions for safety reasons. 6. CODE OF CONDUCT & CULTURAL INTEGRITY 6.1 Behaviour All patrons are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Aggressive, offensive, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal without refund. 6.2 Cultural Respect This is a festival deeply rooted in Indigenous culture and Country. Disrespectful or culturally inappropriate behavior, including disruption of ceremonial activities or sacred spaces, will not be tolerated. 7. HEALTH, SAFETY & MEDICAL CONSENT 1. You consent to receive emergency medical treatment if required. 2. UNTAMED is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 3. All attendees are advised to carry personal health and travel insurance. 8. RECORDINGS & MEDIA 1. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. UNTAMED may use your likeness in promotional and commercial content without compensation. 2. Commercial use of images, videos, or recordings from the festival without prior written consent is prohibited. 9. ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT 1. UNTAMED is committed to a zero waste policy. Attendees are expected to use recycling bins, avoid single use plastics, and take all personal items home each day. 2. Do not interfere with native flora, fauna, or site infrastructure. This includes climbing trees or damaging vegetation. 3. Tents, high back chairs, and obstructive structures are not permitted. 10. LOST PROPERTY & PERSONAL ITEMS UNTAMED does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. All items left behind at the close of the event will be donated or disposed of. 11. FINAL STATEMENT These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. By entering the event, you affirm that you understand and agree to all outlined terms, and that your participation is entirely at your own risk.
