Untrashing Djulpan & Rubber Jellyfish: Sunshine Coast MDC: A Sea Shepherd Outdoor Film Screening with Guest Speakers

Join Sea Shepherd on the Sunshine Coast as we continue our Waves of Change Project, hosting 13 beach and river clean-ups across South East Queensland over the coming months, alongside some awesome movie screenings! 

This is the final of three screenings which have been held over the last few months throughout SE Queensland. 

Join us for an intimate outdoor screening of Sea Shepherd Australia's Marine Debris Campaign Film "Untrashing Djulpan" and Carly Wilson's "Rubber Jellyfish".

Untrashing Djulpan details the collaborative clean-up with the Dhimurru Indigenous Rangers at Djulpan in NorthEast Arnhem Land in the NT and Sea Shepherd's Marine Debris Team. 

Rubber Jellyfish features mother to be, Carly Wilson, who travels around Australia and investigates the effect of helium balloons on the environment. 

The night will also feature some amazing, guest speakers, with a special Q&A from:

• Grahame Lloyd - Waves of Change Project Leader and Sea Shepherd's QLD State Marine Debris Coordinator.
• Sandie Johnston - Area Manager with Envirocom
• Brad Dalrymple – Environmental Engineer with Ocean Protect
• Tammy Omodei - Sea Shepherd Marine Debris Crew

Come down and meet likeminded people, check out some amazing environmental work going on in Australia, and have a chit-chat with the brilliant line up of guest speakers. 

Tickets are FREE, but places are limited due to COVID venue restrictions.
