Unweighted! Beyond the Success Stories

This year, our theme is “Unweighted! Beyond the Success Stories” an invitation to look beyond the accolades, milestones and achievements that define successful women, and explore the experiences, choices, challenges and moments of courage that shape their journeys and enable them to drive meaningful change. We hope to move beyond conventional success narratives and create a space for women to share the less visible parts of their journeys - the defining decisions, unexpected turning points, difficult lessons, moments of doubt and convictions that helped them make a difference.
