Unwind: An evening of relaxation (April)
Event description
Take time out from the general busyness of life to unwind and unravel with our new monthly offering.
Enjoy two hours of deep relaxation including a combination of yin and restorative yoga, breathing, meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to stretch your body, calm your mind and dissolve stress.
No experience is required; simply bring an open heart and a curious mind. Everything you need, including props, will be provided.
Leave feeling nourished, relaxed and ready for a blissful night’s sleep.
