ONLINE: Unwind & Renew

A Festive Season Qigong Reset

Two nourishing online Qigong sessions to release the year's tension, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself before Christmas.

The lead-up to Christmas can be a whirlwind of activity. Between work, family, social commitments and endless to-do lists, it's easy to arrive at the end of the year feeling depleted rather than refreshed.

What if you could give yourself a little breathing space before the festive rush?

Join Sarah Divine for two restorative Saturday afternoons of White Tiger Qigong, where ancient Taoist wisdom meets modern movement science.

Through flowing movements, gentle stretches, mindful breathing and meditation, we'll explore how to release accumulated tension, restore our natural energy and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and balance.

These sessions are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and nourish yourself from within.

Your Two-Part Qigong Experience

Saturday 12 December | Release & Rebalance

Let Go of the Year's Stress

As the year draws to a close, take time to release what you've been carrying.

We'll explore gentle spiralling Qigong movements, meridian-focused stretches and calming breathwork designed to ease physical tension, encourage healthy Qi flow and support emotional balance.

An opportunity to soften, unwind and create space within.

Saturday 19 December | Restore & Replenish

Nourish Your Energy, Find Your Centre

Having created space, we turn our attention towards replenishment.

Through flowing Qigong, nourishing breathwork and grounding meditation, we'll explore practices to cultivate vitality, settle the nervous system and reconnect with our deeper energy reserves.

An opportunity to feel centred, refreshed and ready to embrace the festive season with greater ease.

What You'll Experience

Gentle yet purposeful Qigong movements to improve mobility and encourage energy flow
Breathwork to calm the mind and support nervous system regulation
Traditional Taoist practices for balancing and cultivating Qi
Moments of stillness, reflection and meditation
Simple techniques you can continue practising throughout the holidays

Can't Make It Live? Recordings Included!

Your booking includes both live online sessions AND recordings of both classes.

If you're busy on either Saturday, or simply prefer to practise in your own time, you won't miss out.

Recordings will be available until 28 February 2027, giving you plenty of time to revisit the practices throughout summer and into the new year.

Whether you join us live, follow along with the recordings, or enjoy a combination of both, you'll have access to the complete Unwind & Renew experience.

Who Is This For?

Whether you're feeling stressed, tired, emotionally stretched or simply craving some time for yourself, these sessions offer a welcoming space to pause and recharge.

No previous Qigong experience is needed. Movements can be adapted to suit different abilities, and you're encouraged to practise at your own pace.

All levels are welcome.
