Event description

“It’s not about how you look – it’s about how you feel.”

This is your chance to reset. A space created just for women — supportive, welcoming, and completely judgement-free (with the lights turned down low so you can truly relax).

Step out of the noise of daily life as you enter this beautiful space and put the headphones on. Through music, movement and breath, you’ll let go of stress, feel good in your body, and reconnect with what’s really important — you.

👉 No experience needed. No rhythm required. No-one watching.

If you’ve ever thought, “I can’t dance”- this is for you. It’s not about following steps or getting it right, it’s about letting your body move in the way it wants to - finding your own flow. Some moments are uplifting and playful, others are grounding and spacious.

You’ll be guided the whole way, with the freedom to make it entirely your own. There’s no wrong way to do it — the only goal is that you leave feeling lighter, more connected, and a little more yourself.

When the music fades, we’ll gather with a cup of tea to unwind, chat, and soak up the good vibes together.

What women are saying:
“It instantly felt like a safe place where there was no judgement.”
“A fantastic and fun way to push yourself outside your comfort zone and try something new.”
“Listening to the music & my body instead of my thoughts put me in the best mood.”

This isn’t a class. It’s an experience. It’s not about doing it “right” — it’s about giving yourself permission to feel good.

So, if you’re ready to try something different, reconnect with yourself, and discover how good it feels to just move, come join us.

About your Host:
Hi, I’m Amanda — a certified Embodiment Coach with a deep love for music, movement, and creating spaces where women can feel free to just be.

At the core of my work is a passion for helping women recognise their inherent worth, let go of self-doubt, and take meaningful steps towards creating the life they truly desire.

I am not a dance teacher; instead, I’m here to guide you inwards, helping you explore how you truly feel when your mind isn’t running the show.

Through my movement experiences, I create a playful and supportive space where women can reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and experience the joy of moving freely. These sessions are designed to help you reset, recharge, and step fully into your own flow.

FAQs

Do I need to be able to dance?
Not at all! This isn’t about dancing a certain way — it’s about moving in a way that feels natural to you. No choreography, no judgement.

Why headphones?
The wireless headphones create your own little world — shutting out distractions and immersing you in the music. It helps you drop in quickly, connect more deeply, and feel safe to move however you like.

What should I wear?
Anything comfortable that you can move in. Activewear is fine, but so are flowy clothes — whatever feels good to you.

I feel nervous about being seen. Will people be watching?
Not at all. The lights are dimmed and everyone is focused on their own experience. Many women like to close their eyes while they move to really drop into the body and calm the mind.

Will this help my nervous system?
Music, breath, and gentle movement are powerful ways to release tension and bring your body back into balance. You’ll likely leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more energised.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, a bottle of water, and an open mind.
