Unwind your mind, restore your body. 🌿✨

Starting Wednesday, September 30th at 7pm to 8pm, join me at Elevate Rest and Recovery in Launching Place for our brand-new weekly 1-hour somatic group classes!

Each month, we’ll move together through a dedicated focus on key aspects of life—helping you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your inner peace.

We are kicking off our very first month with Stress Reduction & Nervous System Relief.

During these sessions, we will be utilizing TATLife (Tapas Acupressure Technique)—a gentle, user-friendly transformational process that combines holding specific acupressure points while moving through guided focus steps.

✨ Why TATLife?

Gentle & Effortless: You don't have to talk about past trauma, relive difficult memories, or analyze anything.
Calms the Stress Response: Helps quiet fight-or-flight reactions, reduce anxiety, and clear emotional blockages held in the body.
Restores Balance: Leaves you feeling centered, lighter, and more present in your daily life.

These weekly classes offer a safe, grounding sanctuary to pause and reset, this technique is so simple and works with ease. I have been using TAT for over 10 years now and it has been a life saver.
