Each month, we’ll move together through a dedicated focus on key aspects of life—helping you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your inner peace.

We are kicking off our very first month with Stress Reduction & Nervous System Relief.

During these sessions, we will be utilizing TATLife (Tapas Acupressure Technique)—a gentle, user-friendly transformational process that combines holding specific acupressure points while moving through guided focus steps.
