Will has held numerous roles in strategy and innovation and was a Director for Climate-KIC Australia, an independent, not-for-profit focused on supporting innovation portfolios, projects, and early-stage start-ups addressing climate change. - Renae McBrien – Environment Consultant, Children’s Health Queensland
Renae McBrien is the Sustainability Consultant for Children’s Health Queensland. Renae is passionate about building sustainability into our health care system by advocating for high value care with low carbon care, by removing over 1 million pieces of plastic from procurement, establishing 42 recycling streams, a Medical Market Day and a sustainable asset management.
Renae’s work has featured on the ABC War on Waste and has won the National Healthcare Policy Award, Qld Clinical Excellence and multiple WasteSmart Awards. - Sarah Woolmington – Founder, Impact Dragonfly
Founder of Impact Dragonfly, Sarah is a passionate sustainability engagement expert with over 25 years of coaching and training experience. She has a proven track record of inspiring behaviour change and empowering individuals and teams to embrace sustainability. Sarah has worked with organisations of all sizes, from large corporates to small businesses, leveraging her expertise in ESG to drive meaningful change.
Sarah is also a co-author of Green PMO, an internationally recognised book that was a collaborative effort across borders. The book has already garnered acclaim, winning the prestigious PowerList Middle East - Best Sustainable Initiative Award 2024.
Her certifications include a Diploma in ESG, Climate Fresk Facilitation, and WELL Faculty credentials, reflecting her deep commitment to sustainability leadership. As a dynamic speaker and facilitator, Sarah excels at connecting audiences to the "why," teaching the "what," and showing the "how," enabling practical action towards positive impact.
