Session Focus:

This session focuses on social connection and capacity building activities, including social check in, interactive games, special guests, and live music with our musical volunteers from “A Sound Life”.

What to bring:

Anything you'd like to share with the wonderful group, and your beautiful self! No extra equipment needed.

Beginning 1st November the weekly UP! Club Saturday zoom will be free of charge for 6 months.

UP! Club Membership is essential to attend this event.
