Join UP! Club for a Night of Singing, Fun & Good Food!

UP! Club invites you to our Karaoke Night & Dinner as part of our Travel Club and Culture Club programs. Whether you're belting out your favorite tunes or cheering on your friends, this event is all about having fun together!

Dress up as your favourite rock star and come together for a delicious meal, and a night of singing and dancing, oh, and GELATO!

Did we mention we have a prize for the best performance?

3:30 PM: Meet at Central Grand Concourse (between platforms 1 & 2)
3:45 PM – 4:00 PM: Catch Light Rail (LR) to Town Hall
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Arrive at Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, check-in & get ready
5:00 PM: Walk to LR Town Hall
5:17 PM – 5:37 PM: Catch LR to Haymarket
5:37 PM – 5:40 PM: Walk to It’s Time for Thai, Haymarket
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner at It’s Time for Thai (767 -769 George St, Haymarket)
7:30 PM – 7:50 PM: Walk to Sydney Lyric Theatre
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: KARAOKE TIME! 🎤
10:00 PM – 10:30 PM: Gelato treat at Gelato Messina Darling Square
10:30 PM – 10:36 PM: Walk to Chinatown LR
10:36 PM – 10:41 PM: Catch LR back to Town Hall
10:45 PM: Walk back to Castlereagh Boutique Hotel
11:00 PM: Bedtime

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Wake up, start packing & get ready
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Brush teeth & finish packing
10:00 AM: Check out of the hotel (participants may be picked up)
10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Catch LR back to Central
11:00 AM: Pick-ups at Central Grand Concourse

10:00 PM: Pick up at Dynasty

** Please note if we have NOT received your signed 2024 Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports version 2, you will not be able to attend services with Down Syndrome NSW.

You need to return these forms 48hrs before a scheduled activity then you will be able to attend this Up! Club activity.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know plans change but we are so excited to see you! Bookings cancelled 7 days or less before the event date will be charged in full. We trust you understand this as we find it hard to fill your spot after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@downsyndromensw.org.au
