Event: MJ the Musical 

Dates: Friday, 7 March 2025 - Saturday, 8 March 2025 

Time: Friday 3:30pm - Saturday 11:00am 

Location: Castlereagh Boutique Hotel and Sydney Lyric Theatre 

NDIS Service Cost: $700 

Out-of-Pocket Expenses:  Musical ticket ($150) + dinner, snacks, and merch (~$60-$80)

Location: Rumble Restaurant & Sydney Lyric Theatre 

NDIS Service Cost: $220

Culture Club Schedule

- 5:45pm-7:00pm: Dinner at Chefs Gallery, Pyrmont 

- 7:30pm-10:00pm: Enjoy *MJ the Musical* 

- 10:00pm: Pick-up at Sydney Lyric Theatre

** Please note if we have NOT received your signed 2024 Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports version 2, you will not be able to attend services with Down Syndrome NSW.

You need to return these forms 48hrs before a scheduled activity then you will be able to attend this Up! Club activity.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know plans change but we are so excited to see you! Bookings cancelled 7 days or less before the event date will be charged in full. We trust you understand this as we find it hard to fill your spot after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@dsansw.org.au
