We welcome our new and upcoming UP! Clubbers to get to know each other and the UP! Club team with their very own Culture Club!

We understand UP! Club events can be very new, scary, exciting and unpredictable and we want to ensure that that our members feel welcome and comfortable in starting UP! Club.

We are starting our first Culture Club for Young Adults with a delicious High Tea of treats, followed by trivia, games and prizes. Culture Club is a great opportunity to enhance your social and economic skills by communicating with service providers, using community services independently and making choices and decisions independently!

Where: Raddison Blu Plaza Hotel, 27 O'Connell St, Sydney 2000 NSW

Date:  Sunday 11 August, 2024

Time: 11am-4pm

NDIS Service Cost: $400 Community Social & Recreational Activities line item 04_210_0125_6_1

Out of Pocket Expenses: $75pp Traditional High Tea

Culture Club Itinerary

Sunday 

11:00am - Meet at Central Grand Concourse (between platforms 1 & 2) 

11:30am - Catch light rail from Central to Wynyard 

11:30am - Walk around Wynyard towards Raddison Blu Plaza, Sydney 

12:00pm - Traditional High Tea! 

1:30pm - Trivia, games and prizes at DSNSW office 

3:30pm - Catch light rail from Wynyard to Central 

4.00pm - Pick up at Central Grand Concourse (between platforms 1 & 2) 

Stay COVID-safe – if you become unwell, please stay home and do not attend this event

** Please note if we have NOT received your signed 2024 Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports version 2, you will not be able to attend services with Down Syndrome NSW. The forms can be accessed via the links below:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know plans change but we are so excited to see you! Bookings cancelled 7 days or less before the event date will be charged in full. We trust you understand this as we find it hard to fill your spot after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@dsansw.org.au
