What to expect
This is a small group experience, limited to 8 participants, allowing for a calm, spacious and supportive environment.
When you arrive:
Enter via the front door from the street.
Please remove your shoes before entering the practice space.
Choose any yoga mat that feels comfortable—each space will already be thoughtfully prepared with all props provided.
Kitchen and bathroom facilities are available via the back door.
Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring cosy socks.
Throughout the evening you'll be gently guided through movement, breath, relaxation and sound using a trauma-aware approach. Everything is offered as an invitation, with options to rest, modify or simply observe at any time. There is nothing to achieve—you're encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to what feels right for your body.
A little more about the therapeutic approach
This evening has been thoughtfully designed through a therapeutic yoga and Ayurveda lens.
Together we'll gently explore practices that encourage vitality, openness and connection by supporting the healthy flow of Prana Vayu (the energy of renewal and inspiration) and Vyana Vayu (the energy of expansion and circulation).
Throughout the evening we'll weave together:
Gentle movement to release tension and create space through the chest and upper body.
Breathwork, mudra, mantra and meditation to cultivate steadiness and inner vitality.
Restorative practices and sound to support nervous system regulation, integration and deep rest.
Rather than striving to change how you feel, these practices create the conditions for greater clarity, lightness and connection to emerge naturally.
