Join us at Yarralen Retreat hosting our exclusive yoga and art retreat for the second year running, on the beautiful East Coast of Australia, near Scotts Head, just north of South West Rocks, Yarrahapinni, NSW, Gumbanggirr country.

This is your time to shine, relax and unwind in beautiful lush surroundings, set on 40 acres of private paradise, reserved exclusively for our guests.

Time to reset those biorhythms, connect with nature, make new friends, and fill your cups to overflowing so you have more love and energy to give back to your family, friends and community.

By the end of the weekend you will leave with your own personal protection, crystal healing, macrame necklace you learn to make over the weekend yourself. Your own new high vibration outfit, byo cotton shirt, skirt pants or all 3, and learn how to tye-dye yourself. You will leave with some new art skills, learning how to draw mandala from sacred geometry techniques that we share with you over the weekend, with your own art book and diary, encouraging new forms of expression via writing poetry and or songs. We will sing together to realize how much joy this creates, and we will do a cacao ceremony aswell and have a dance party Saturday night. 

Your host Crystal is a yoga teacher who also plays crystal bowls for the 7 chakras, we will do some practical yoga with a sequence you can take home and continue to practice and lead a guided meditation circle. Her daughter hosting the event with her is 8 years old. There is no age limit for this.
