Upper Selwyn Huts Drop-In Session

As part of the Draft Annual Plan 2026/27 Selwyn District Council is consulting on proposed changes to the annual licence fee for Upper Selwyn Huts along with an additional targeted rate for waste management.

Council are offering the Upper Selwyn Huts community an opportunity to meet with staff individually or in small groups to ask questions about the proposals before submitting feedback through the Draft Annual Plan 2026/27 consultation.

This event is specifically for Upper Selwyn Huts licence holders and community members. Community meetings for all other aspects of the Draft Annual Plan 2026/27 will be held online and in-person across the district. For more information visit selwyn.govt.nz/annualplan.

Booking your session

Each session runs for 15 minutes and there is one ticket available per booking. You're welcome to bring one or two others with you, but please keep groups small so we can maintain a personal and productive conversation for everyone.

Session dates and times at the Lincoln Event Centre are as follows, further sessions may be offered depending on demand.
