    Courage, Clarity, Balance

    – Dharma for Difficult Times –

    Urban Meditation Retreat
    12 - 13 November 2022
    9am – 4pm

How might we meet the uncertainties and stresses we are facing? It seems that more than ever we need a deep river of resilience within ourselves and within our communities. We need to steady the heart, clear the mind and strengthen our capacities to meet life as it is happening now.

Meditation practices, grounded in Buddhist wisdom, will be offered during this urban retreat. Settling into mindfulness, resting into wellbeing, embracing the difficult with love and understanding – these are all skills that can be developed. They’ll hold us in good stead over the course of our lives. As our hearts open and we come into balance we become more capable - less reactive and more responsive.

Beginners and more experienced meditators are welcome. There’ll be time for discussion and exploring your questions about meditation. It’s a wonderful opportunity to gather together in good company and deepen our practice.
