Urban Retreat: Women’s Escape Within

In the pulse of the city, there is a doorway.

This Urban Retreat is an invitation to step through it — not away from your life, but into yourself.

For one intentional afternoon, we gather as women in a contained, intimate space. No performance. No pressure. Just a carefully guided journey inward.

Maximum 15 participants.

The Journey

We begin gently — and unexpectedly — with Laughter Yoga. Breath opens. Eyes meet. Something softens. What felt separate begins to feel shared. The room warms. The body responds.

From there, you will be guided into an Innerscape Immersion. As you rest, a live Bioresonance field hums quietly in the space, creating a subtle landscape beneath the surface. You are invited to travel inward — to notice, to feel, to observe — without analysing or explaining.

There is nothing to fix. Nothing to confess.
Just experience.

After a pause with light refreshments, we move into a Systemic Constellation Experience — a gentle exploration of unseen patterns that may be shaping our inner world. In a women-only circle, this work carries a different texture. It is steady. Respectful. Often surprising.

We close with Authentic Dance, facilitated by Soraya. Music becomes language. Movement becomes release. The body completes what the mind cannot articulate.

The afternoon ends in a grounded circle — present, calm, connected.

Why This Is Different

This is not a seminar.
Not therapy.
Not a social gathering dressed as healing.

It is a curated sequence of embodied experiences designed to open, immerse, reveal and integrate — without overwhelm.

A small group.
A contained field.
A rare combination of laughter, resonance, constellation and movement in one coherent arc.

Optional private Bioresonance sessions will be available afterwards in a separate clinic room for those who wish to deepen the experience.

This May Be For You If…

You feel the quiet call to pause.
You are curious about what lives beneath the noise.
You want depth — but not drama.
You prefer experience over explanation.

No prior experience is needed. Just willingness.

In the heart of the city, we gather.
We soften.
We listen inward.

And then we return — slightly changed.

    • Journals provided for reflection and personal insights

    • Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided for comfort during meditation and relaxation

  • What should I wear and bring?

  • Is this event therapeutic or emotionally intense?

The retreat is experiential, not therapy. While moments of insight or emotion can arise naturally, the structure is contained and paced to avoid overwhelm. There is no pressure to disclose personal stories. The emphasis is on embodied experience rather than analysis.

  • Is this retreat a substitute for therapy or medical treatment?

No. This event is an experiential group workshop and does not replace medical care, psychotherapy or psychiatric support. If you are currently in acute psychological distress, experiencing severe anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, or are under active psychiatric care, please contact the organiser before booking to ensure this space is appropriate for you.

  • Will I be required to share personal stories or participate publicly?

No. Participation is invitational, not compulsory. You will never be required to disclose personal history, trauma, or private information. You are free to step back, observe, or opt out of any exercise at any time. Your autonomy is respected throughout.

  • How is emotional safety maintained in group exercises like constellation and dance?

The retreat is structured, paced and professionally facilitated to avoid overwhelm. Clear instructions, grounding practices and containment boundaries are provided before each segment. This is not cathartic or confrontational work. It is guided, time-bound and intentionally closed at the end of the session to ensure participants leave feeling stable and integrated.

A Note on Participation

This Urban Retreat is a guided, experiential afternoon — not therapy or medical treatment. You are invited to move through the day at your own pace, listening to your body and your needs. There is no pressure to share personal details, and you are always free to pause, step outside, or simply observe.

We ask that everyone honours confidentiality and respects the boundaries of others, so the space remains steady and supportive for all.

Your presence, awareness and self-responsibility are part of what makes this Retreat work.
