Scaling these solutions requires more than just code; it requires transparent governance, ethical oversight, and standardized protocols that allow cities of all sizes, especially in the Global South, to adopt "plug-and-play" innovations without reinventing the wheel.

It's currently planned that all plenary sessions and parallel workshops will be livestreamed, though this might change in the future. The link will be shared only with those who register for it.
