With our great partner, Thrivhers, we are kicking off 2019 celebrating Galentines Day – ladies celebrating ladies…and this year we are celebrating self with ‘Love Letters to Me”. Joining us are Jenna and Mariane from Posify and Genevieve from Power Play and Presence helping us to connect to our purpose, to explore and understand self compassion, why it’s important for our individual well being and what it means to you...This will be a great night with food from Four Brave Women – an initiative empowering refugee women to be able to operate and grow their own small business - and giving you the space to explore, to reconnect and write a love letter to yourself.
