What can you learn from 35,000 workplace listeners?

As coaches, we hold a belief that our training and practice make us better listeners.

Yet, poor listening during business development and assignment completion might highlight something different.

When you attend this session, you will learn from a database of over 35,000 workplace listeners

  • What do world-class workplace listeners have in common?

  • What are the most significant barriers to listening at work?

  • How does your listening compare with that of executives?

Discover the evidence across age, industries, and professions.

If you complete the 7-minute, 20-question listening assessment, made complimentary thanks to the University of Sydney Coaching & Mentoring Alumni (USCMA), we will be able to present a comparative listening profile relative to other coaches and executives upon completion of the assessment.

You will receive a tailored 5-page report including your primary and secondary listening barriers, and suggestions on how to improve.

Complete the complimentary assessment here.

When you purchase your ticket, there will also be 3 brief questions to answer about workplace listening.

Guest Band

TPQ- The Perfect Question!

In 1999, Dr Tony Grant helped set up a cover band, with other coaches, called TPQ (The Perfect Question!).

In his memory and for the sheer fun of it, the band are back together to help us celebrate the end of the year.

Who knows who might be in the backing singers for this session...

Join us for the AGM, followed by an evening with our guest speaker and live band, complemented by a celebratory glass or two. Most importantly, enjoy the company of your fellow Alumni at The Refectory!
