Using Three Horizons to explore the Future of Workers - PT. I
Description
Using Three Horizons to explore the Future of Workers Part 1 - 30 Sep
Using Three Horizons to explore the Future of Workers Part 2 - 7 Oct
Everyone talks about the futures of work, but what about the future of workers?
Across two sessions we are going to explore the subject collaboratively, using the three horizons framework. In this session (PT. I) you will work in small groups to unpack the changing dynamics and landscape that we are all a part of, as workers within a bigger system. In the second session you will use the maps that have been created to create action and change.
This is not the Mckinsey version of "3 Horizons" but the one most well known as being developed by Bill Sharpe. Whether you are an innovator, business owner, entrepreneur or strategist, the three horizons framework is an intuitive tool to think about the future in nuanced and transformational ways. By using the concept of "Future of Workers", we will anchor the sessions in a theme where all participants have "skin in the game".
You can attend either session individually, although ideally you will get the most from attending both sessions. RSVP to Part II here.
