USPAP 2024-25 7-HOUR UPDATE COURSE

No need to spend 7 hours at your computer with an online class.  Join us for an IN-PERSON USPAP class and get so much more out of your experience, for less money than online offerings.  The class will meet for a 9:30 start time in the SPEAKEASY room of Mutation Brewing Company with state of the art sound system and multiple big screen TVs.

Mark Durden, Certified Real Property Appraiser and USPAP instructor has over 25 years of experience in the appraisal industry.  A graduate of the University of Georgia, Mark is currently The Lead Instructor with D.S. Murphy and Associates.  This USPAP Update class focuses on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal practice, with an emphasis on emerging issues such as fair housing and fair lending. This course fulfills the 7-hour requirement as established by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) of The Appraisal Foundation.

A copy of the Student Manual update (downloadable PDF) will be provided. All students are required to bring a copy of USPAP. 

Lunch will be available for purchase at Mutation Brewing Company during the 12pm lunch break. Stay for a networking beverage after a day of USPAP.  We know it will be a welcome end to the day.
