USU Club Finances Info Sessions
Event description
Hey Club executives!
We're launching a new functionality of the USU website: the Club Finances tab of the executive dashboard. This will allow you to request grants, upload receipts, submit acquittals and track your club finances all in one place. During Week 3 of Semester 1, we'll be running 30-minute information sessions between 10am-12pm each day to assist you in navigating this new feature of the website.
In these information sessions we'll be showing you how to:
1. Access the executive dashboard for your club on the USU website (a refresher).
2. Access information on grants (and all club information) on the USU website.
3. Apply for Grants via the USU website - Semester, Discretionary, Camp.
4. We'll provide an overview of how acquittals will work, but you won't need to know or use these functions until a bit later (when acquittals are due).
Updated location for sessions:
Monday all sessions in the Common Room in the Holme Building
Tuesday all sessions in Manning Meeting Room 2 in Manning House
Sessions on THURSDAY and FRIDAY will be in the Common Room in the Holme Building.
Make sure you bring a laptop to the session, so you can test the website functionality for yourself.
Before you attend the session, make sure you:
1. Have had a look at the USU website and all that's available on the executive dashboard.
2. Read the updated 2024 Clubs Handbook, available in the Resource Library of the executive dashboard.
3. Check that your club is currently registered, and your 2023 acquittal is complete, as only registered clubs that have completed their acquittal will be eligible to apply for 2024 funding.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email the Clubs and Societies Finance Coordinator. We're looking forward to seeing you!
